Biometric talent profiling · AI-supported

The right child, the right sport, the right time — on evidence.

An AI-supported decision-support system that builds a personal sport-potential profile from an individual’s biometric characteristics. Not one parameter, but a multi-dimensional model: physical aptitude and muscle-type traits read together with personality, motivation and preferred sporting environment.

The problem

Talent selection still relies mostly on observation.

01

Wrong discipline

A child directed to a sport that does not fit their physical traits struggles for both success and continuity.

02

Early drop-out

Repeated failure and loss of motivation can push a child away from sport altogether.

03

Subjective judgement

Selection mostly follows momentary performance and observation; development potential is overlooked.

04

Untracked development

Without a baseline measurement, a child’s development cannot be followed objectively.

Early, correct direction determines not only sporting success but continuity, motivation and long-term athlete health.

Scope

The sporting profile is evaluated under eight headings.

Physical aptitude

Explosive strength / power

Short-duration maximal force production

Speed

Sprint and acceleration potential

Endurance

Sustained effort capacity

Flexibility

Range of movement and stretch potential

Personality, motivation and environment

Personality structure

Adaptation tendency to the sporting environment

Intrinsic / extrinsic motivation

The source that drives the child

Indoor / outdoor tendency

Preference by environment

Team / individual tendency

Evaluated with independent scores

How it works

From measurement to a development road map.

  1. 01

    Biometric measurement

Measurable physiological data is collected from the child.

  2. 02

    AI analysis

The data is evaluated through a multi-dimensional model.

  3. 03

    Sport-potential profile

Personal scores form under eight headings.

  4. 04

    Individual report

    Strengths, limitations and discipline tendencies.

  5. 05

    Development road map

    Training approach and periodic re-measurement.

When measurement is repeated at intervals, not only the child’s current performance but their development potential becomes trackable.

Approach

The goal is not a definitive answer, but a correct direction.

The usual question

“Which sport should this child play?”

Seeks a single definitive answer, reduces the child to one parameter and overlooks development potential.

Our question

“Which of this child’s sporting traits are stronger?”

Reveals strengths to support the right discipline choice — a data layer that strengthens the coach’s and the teacher’s judgement, not a prophecy.

Output

The report is not limited to a discipline suggestion.

Developing strengths

The child’s prominent sporting traits are identified and a plan is made to strengthen them.

Anticipating limitations

Areas that need development are identified early; the training plan is shaped accordingly.

Training that fits motivation

A training and communication approach matched to the child’s intrinsic and extrinsic motivation.

Planning development

Sporting development becomes a road map that can be followed through periodic re-measurement over years.

For clubs and schools

What it provides for a sport club or a school.

  • Large-scale screening — Many students or athlete candidates are evaluated in a single organised measurement day.
  • Objective talent selection — Academy selection is supported with measurable data in addition to observation.
  • Correct positioning — Candidates are directed to disciplines and positions that fit their strong traits.
  • Continuity in sport — As mis-direction falls, so does the risk of early drop-out.
  • Scientific feedback to parents — Families receive a concrete, understandable, data-based evaluation.
  • Periodic development tracking — Repeat measurements make the institution’s development performance visible.

Scope, participant numbers and measurement calendar are planned together with the institution. The system suits schools, sport clubs, academies, municipalities, federations and youth-development organisations.

From biometric analysis to the whole athlete.

Biometric profiling is designed to be read together with our other layers: performance tests, orthopaedic evaluation, posture and foot-strike analysis, strength and asymmetry measurement, agility and speed tests, nutrition and genetic analysis. The questions the system aims to answer: Which physical traits are strong? Which need developing? Which disciplines or positions fit better? Which areas should be tracked through development?

Measurements, genetic and biometric insights describe tendencies; they are not diagnoses and do not replace clinical examination. Every clinical decision stays with qualified medical staff.
